Vuyisani Dumezweni serves as the Head of Skills Development and Implementation at the Maharishi Invincibility Institute. He is an accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Mentor, Coach, Assessor, and Moderator with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, training, and human capital development.
In his role, Vuyisani oversees the management and successful delivery of learnerships, skills programmes, and internships. He also leads campus accreditation and verification processes, ensuring that quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
Vuyisani is an active member of OPSCO (the Operations Committee) for Education Town—the Maharishi Invincibility Institute’s headquarters in Johannesburg CBD—where he contributes to the strategic development and implementation of the Institute’s educational vision.
